NORTH OF SCOTLAND ADVANCED PRACTICE ACADEMY TO HOST INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF NURSES ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSES CONFERENCE AT P&J LIVE, ABERDEEN  – We are now open for abstracts

The North of Scotland Advanced Practice Academy (NoSAPA), today announces that they are now open for abstracts for the 2024 International Council of Nurses’ Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Nursing (ICN NP/APN) Network Conference, to be held in Aberdeen, Scotland from 9th to 12th September 2024.

This is the first time this event has been held in Scotland, and aims to help shape the future of healthcare by providing a forum for sharing and exchanging expertise and experience, while supporting nurses and countries who are in the process of introducing or developing Advanced Practice roles.

Professor Kathleen Carolan, Chair of NoSAPA, said: “The Academy is delighted to have been selected to host the conference in Aberdeen in 2024. It is a great opportunity for advanced practitioners in Scotland and across the UK to connect, learn and share best practice with colleagues around the world. ‘

Abstracts for the conference are now open and close on 31 January 2024. Please consider submitting an abstract in one of the following themes:

Optimising Electronic Prescribing & Medicines Administration (ePMA) in Hospitals
